GUIDED WALKING TOUR OF HISTORICAL DOWNTOWN HUNTSVILLE
Explore Huntsville’s local history and understand the roots of our community with a walking tour led by members of the Huntsville Historical Society. Our tour takes place on Wednesday, May 20th. We’ll meet at Kent Park (corner of Brunel & Main St.) at 10am. The walk will take 1 to 1&1/2 hours. The tour will provide us with Huntsville’s historical and heritage information and encourage a wider knowledge and appreciation of the architectural significance of the area. After our walk, you can join us for a pay your own lunch at The Mill on Main or if you prefer you can just do the walk. Tickets are only $5 and will be on sale at our April and May meetings. |
